unique business plan

i am getting some good money to invest from a group who empower people to start business but i need to put a serious proposal to them.i want something really unique that is not part of what everyone is doing but will still give me good profits.i dont want to deal with the usual poultry rearing or farming horticulture or opening up a store i want something very different,please assist me with ideas so that i can qualify for this cash.

how about opening a small coffee shop which also serves snacks and budget meals near a university in your area? something low cost that the students (your target customers) can afford. you can also put a photocopier inside. students always need photocopies of something.
