i am so sad to hear it,for kids playgrounds are so important for their life and education. i think they must feel so boring outside,of course kids are kids and they kind find any game and they can enjoy, but playgrounds are fun. another bad thing is you cant get the promise from the developer,if there is some papers which show that he-she promised you, before you bought the house, you and the others can go to judge and even he-she is bankrupt, has to do the promise please take care of your kids, streets are dangerous happy mylotting

Hi Scu, I know that I can charge him in court, but I don't have a heart to do that since his trouble is big enough for him to be handled but that giving me a lesson to not buy a promise

nowadays the developer always win the court no matter what they had promised to the customer but my developer is an individual and don't have a big company like others maybe I will prefer to buy an used/second house with a playground rather than a new house with playground as a masterplan

Its really sad to see the fake promises of developers and real estate agents. Today when there is so much of scarcity of land around, children are the worst sufferers. Just be careful and watchful when your kids are on the streets playing. Or better, try to find some park or playground near your place and maybe send your kids to that place for playing. Still, I know it is something difficult in todays world specially in our places. In India too, we dont get much of space unless we are staying in a colony or residental complexes - at least here at my place, they dont allow many visitors inside and so even if they dont have a playground, the streets in such complexes are having much less traffic... but accidents still can happen.

Just don't let the kids play outdoors if they might meet an accident. Just let them play indoors instead. Or better yet, you can bring them to a park near your community.

If he said he was going to provide a playground but then went bankrupt, had he left an open space at all or is there one fairly close that you could use as a play area with the parents taking it in turns to watch the children for safety? It's so important for them to be able to play and to do it safely. I wish you luck whatever happens, you've had a very tough time.

It's very terrible, I'm so sad to hear that. but the such condition seems very often happened. especially in metropolitan city. The children do not have any playground anymore. They play football on the street that there are so many vehicles here and there. It's really dangerous actually, but it seems that they are still happy and familiar with the condition. That's why many parents change their playground by giving different game, such as playing computer (game online), or ask them to read story book etc that do not need wider place

If that is the case that the developer didn't fullfill his promise then maybe you can sue him for breach of contract ?

Sorry to hear that he is not going to be able to keep his promise. That is a very sad situation. Keep a close eye on your children and give them lots of warnings about playing near traffic. That is so scary.

We live in the country near a park that has a playground but even in the communities around here they have to travel to get to a park unless they live near one and can walk to it.

+Hi, Playground is necessary for the children. They should play in the open air for their growth. It is very dangerous to your children to play on the road. I think you should take them to a terrace for playing. But you should not let them alone.

I am sorry to hear that. I think it is very dangerous let your children play in the street. It is a good idea if you and other consumers make a simple playground by collect money from all family in your complex. Because you should keep your children from accident. I think all family will try to looking for solution if it is important for their children too.

Children playground is very important in a residential area. I am sorry to hear that your developer has bankrupt and does not fulfilled their promise. So, you need to be extra careful with your kids and keep an eye over them while they are outside playing.

I feel sorry for this unpleasant event. People who easily forget their promises are very disrespectful and careless. I hope your kids won't be hurt, sorry for having no suggestions in this situation.
