How to make a website, that you'll enjoy working on? / myLot

So, I've been itching to make my own website. I know how to make one, but I don't really have an idea, what I want to make a website about. How do you decide what you'd like to make a website about?

Welcome to mylot. I personally have tried making some free websites but only the ones that provide me ready made templates and requires minimal or no html background. Since I personally am not good with html programming, so I prefer using free website builder like webs, yola, weebly, etc. As for an idea, my past websites were about earning money online.

I see, well I know how to make websites quite well, but I lack the ideas for them. Where do you take inspiration for making them?

Well you can take inspiration or ideas from blogs and sites of other people, of course don't copy it. For example, a blog about gardening can give an idea to make a blog about my hobbies or favorite plants.

Most people start from making their own blog. You can start by using free platforms such as Blogger or Wordpress. As you get better, you will also have ideas on what kind of websites you'd like to build. It can be related to your hobbies or interests. Maybe you can consider getting a domain name for your website then.
