Hii i am a college student and i want to create logos for my college symposium, i havent created a single logo in my life time, but now its time for me to create logo's, I want to know what software should i use to create a logo and how should i start it...

before you know it, you must have a good background and rationale of the organization or event to which the logo will represent. the logo is supposed to capture what the organization or event stands for. the software depends on the operating system that you have. adobe illustrator is what i use. it is very good in details and quite easy to use if you get the hand of it. goodluck!

Yes brother it is my department symposium, so i know the background of it and what should i do but i dont know how to create logo for it, i am newbie in logo designing. Adobe illustrator is good for logo designing huh?? but i do no how to use it, is there any books for how to use it to create logo designs...

honestly, i dont know smani. but glad to hear that you are turning to mylot and other online sites to help you out...thus, i would want to encourage out to be active. and this will surely help you. also, there are a lot out there who are in many ways good and is heelping someone wholeheartedly.. go on!!!
