How do we maintain our health and our body Fitness, Do anyone have some advice in this regard?

1.take more exercise.for example:swimming,climbing ,have a walk after meals ,riding a bike and so on 2.eat healthy food. eat more vegetables and fruit instead of meat 3.read some excellent books. read a book not online,sitting by a window,drinking a cup of coffee,how satisfied it is! 4.take a nap at noon.it is important,if not,you will be too tired to finish the next work effectively.

To maintain health and body fitness I make exercise a part of my daily routine. I choose to walk, ride bike and dance for my exercise regimes. To maintain my health through diet, I make a point to eat fresh fruit and vegetables daily as well. The more raw vegetables and fruit I eat, the better I feel. Animal protein is not high on my list for food consumption but I do manage to fit it into my weekly diet routine. Usually I just eat what my body feels like eating rather than sticking to a rigid diet day in and day out. With food and exercise, no matter what you do or foods that you choose to eat, if you keep everything in moderation, that is the key.

eat healthy and exercise.. choose food that has benefits such as fruits and vegetables.. avoid eating junk foods as well as carbonated drinks because it has nothing to give and in the long run will make us sick.. we are what we eat do start now by eating healthy and maintaining good health is easy..
