I've been having problems sleeping so of course I'm tired during the day. I went back to my usual meds and last night I got the best nights sleep. Instead of waking up at 5am I slept until 9 and I woke up feeling so good! I did 4 loads of laundry. There was so much because I didn't have it in me when I got no sleep. I cleaned my bathroom from top to bottom because maintenance has been working on my ceiling and they are finished so it really needed cleaning. I took a walk to the store and enjoyed the sunshine which we don't know when we'll see that again since they are talking rain in a couple of days. I vacuumed my living room and bedroom carpets and the 3 throw rugs that I have. Now my back is killing me from all the bending and lifting. As soon as my clothes are through drying and I get them put away I'm going to lay down and rest the rest of the day! Do you most of housework when you've had a good nights sleep?

I never sleep good but I'm glad to hear you're doing ok on your old pills. It seems like they're helping you at the moment.
I clean the best when the weather breaks and it's sunny out. Winter puts me in a lousy mood but I do clean, only I have to push myself to do it. Now that it's getting warmer out I'm more energetic.

I used to stay up late a lot, now I've been making myself go to bed earlier and it does help me sleep better, but I still like to stay up late.

Not really. I have to do my housework regardless of whether I get a good night's sleep and do not think, "well I had a good sleep tonight, think I will clean the bathroom and vacuum the whole house." And I have other things to do. What happens is that I try to do a little each day so I do not have to do the whole house at once. It is when I look at the floor or the walls, or see a pile of papers, then I think that I have to clean it up.

I see you are happy for your good night sleep. Your pills helped you but be careful not to develop an addiction. Many sleeping pills do. In my case, I have a good night sleep when I'm satisfied about the things I did that day. I mean if the day was successful my sleep is good. But if I was worried about something or had some unsolved problems my sleep is very bad. Take care!

Hi there ! A good sound yields a very beautiful morning ! It can make our day very systematic and productive ! A beautiful sleep brings out good mood in the morning thus making us more effective and efficient in our work and making us more optimistic in our views. I will try to have a long and sound sleep. No wonder i am irritable and sad mood because i don't have an adequate sleep.

Getting a good nights rest is definitely a good thing!
Especially getting 7 to 8 hours a night.
I really need to be telling myself that, though!
Lol.

I usually wake up automatically on my own ready to get started on a new day. I try to go to sleep only when I'm tired and then let my body wake me in the morning. So I'm usually up by 8am. This morning it was 7:25am. Fridays are my day for doing laundry and Saturdays is for cleaning. I got up extra early this morning and thought I wasn't going to have the energy to do everything that I needed to do. Somehow I got started early and I didn't stop till my husband came home and said get ready we are going out. The only thing I had left to do was mop all the floors. I will do that later tonight. I love having the energy to do what I want to do and getting so much accomplished. It is a good feeling.

I'm glad to hear that you had a great night's sleep. I haven't had one of those in a long time. But when I do I really do feel good about the day and all that I have to get done. That is awesome you were able to get four loads of laundry done. You really did get a lot accomplished. I'm so happy for you. I hope i feel up to doing things like that soon because I'm so far behind. I usually try to catch up on housework when I can't sleep or have some spare time.

Hi friend, good to know that you had a good sleep. Too much of work will give tiredness to us and we will normally get a sound sleep due to our hard work. I had this kind of sleep a lot of time in my life. Due to my business, i am in need to travel various places in my city as well as country, during my travelling time, i will take a great rest in the train or flight. Some days i will travel a long way in my two wheeler for my business, at this times i had a great sleep in my house during night times. This kind of peaceful sleep are necessary for hard working people

I'm jealous of people who do have a good night sleep. In my case I do usually sleep midnight and wake up at 5.Even how tired I am I still don't get enough sleep like other people do. I n fact i already tried to drink warm milk before going to bed because of their advice, yet it does not give me a positive effect.

Yes definitely. For me, if I get to sleep for at least 6 hours, I will wake up so fresh. My kids are early risers. They wake up as early as 6am everyday and I have to wake up too . I start doing housework like sweeping, do laundry, cooking, fold clothes, etc and complete them by noon. I feel so good ! I get to rest and play with my kids too. Yes, I believe if we have a good sleep at night, we can do more housework with delight. :)

I am a sleeping enthusiast myself. Although I've discovered that I have to have the right amount of sleep. Sleeping longer also makes me lethargic. But when I sleep well, I do have the energy to do more things, and quite well too. Sleep and some physical activity like walking around which I love to do too.
