Some realtors I would never buy from period, they just don't seem to care. I emailed one who replied within 15 minutes.
She has 3 mobile homes for sale in the same park, the one I was looking at the $37,000 she claims in 4 season (so is good, I sort of like the openness of it, just not carpet), the others are well way out of budget for me (at $60,000 - $66,000).
I found one for sale about 10 minutes down the road from this park, in another it's well warn down $50,000 for the home, but the park fee is $317 a month no taxes (well they are included in the fee), whereas the closer park is $400 a month, with $420 a year taxes.
The home in the cheapier part is well a dirty town, I hear horror stories about it, and well the people tell it all. I went to poop n scoop a few yards, and I couldn't wait to leave. Which is the only thing stopping me from that town, whereas the town closer has a secure gate (swipe card), also says a quiet community, they want to meet you and application process is just that but she did say they need to meet the animals (she said dogs, and know their size). I emailed her back asking, as I have a number of insie animals.

It's more the money in the end, what I can afford. This one is a cheapier cost for the home, and in a better state compared to the one in the other town. The toehr two in this park are $60,000 which is way more than I want right now. Plus, this one is more open which I like, and all appliances go with it.

I would think that your pets would be accepted as they are indoors, don't make much noise, are easier to clean up then dogs who have a tendency to poop on the carpet this that and the other.
Perhaps the quantity may be questionable but at the same time again they are small animals, easier to clean up after...
She probably said "dogs" as that is the most common pet.
You have to pay for a better area, that's just the sad thing about it. Same here, cheaper homes are in seedy neighborhoods.

So, things are moving along...
Wishing you the best, as always.
BTW, did you ever question that realtor's math that said the one home was 6000 sq.ft.?

I would not be able to live in an area where even though I owned my own home there was someone that was going to try and tell me how many different pets I was allowed to have and what kind of pets that I would be allowed to have as well.
I would be able to understand something like this if you were looking to rent someone else's property but considering that you are looking to buy, I don't think that this is something that is fair at all.
