Booze and 101 year old Women

A woman living in Staten Island, New York just turned 101 and claims her longevity is due to booze, booze and more booze. Her diet constant of four alcoholic drinks per day. Two glasses of Paisano Wine with lunch, a glass of Southern Comfort before dinner and a bud at 6pm. She wakes at 5am an goes to sleep by 10pm each night. A study as shown women who drink moderate alcohol throughout the week stay healthier as they age then non drinking women. I guess I need to start drinking so I can live that long.

wow being a man wonder if it works for us too but some how I don't think it is the way that it works I have seen lots of women and men for that matter to live to this age and a little longer so i would not be picking up that bottle just yet

i guest i will also have to starting drinking too, O my this is so unbelievable with that type of diet. i don't think i can join her because i know the effect it has on my healthy, i rather a healthier life style instead...

Well, I guess I will not hesitate to start drinking from now on...

I think I have to discipline myself to sleep early as I always get up early. In the past I sleep quite late but up early. Perhaps, I do not have enough sleep.

So, to live healthy and stay healthy is also a way to live a little longer too.

Yes, I believe having a good night sleep is important part of staying healthly.
