its been 5 years since i had my license as a nurse.i volunteered to hospitals doing free service and i even have to pay the hospitals just to have the experience.but those experience dont even count when i started applying for job abroad.how can we seek employment when we dont have experiences as a paid nurse?at least they should even consider it because it is also an experience the only difference is that we pay the hospital not the other way around:(

I'm sorry to hear about that. I thought once you have work experience especially in the medical field, jobs will be easier.
However, have you taken the required exams in order to qualify as a nurse abroad? I have some friends who are nurses abroad and they said the important thing is to pass the exams first in order to get a job, otherwise, they won't recognize you even you have a license.
I do hope you'll be able to get a job abroad. You can do it! :)

Really? They do not count as experience? I never thought of it that way. I hope you may be able to find a hospital where you can practice your profession.
