Mumbai Got their First Victory...

i missed to see the match. i watched some clippings in news later. pollard played a very good inning.

Dhoni would have easily won the CSK but it was out of only luck and great catch by Pollard MI were saved.If it was any other fielder it would have cleared the boundary. A better batting performance and short selection from CSK would have easily taken them to victory.

Both Mumbai Indians and CSK are the bigwigs of this tournament, and we will see more fireworks from their players in the coming time(s).

Horrible shot selection by batsman of CSK.In-spite of that Dhoni almost pulled of the match.Munaf got lucky ,all three wickets he got were on average delieveries.Its good that Rajpoot got the chance in this match, he is a talented youngster.I hope Imtiaz Ahmed gets the chance in next match.

Hi prashant verma. First of all congratulations to Mumbai Indians for their well deserved first victory in IPL. However I was a little sad as I was cheering for Chennai Super Kings. I am a very big fan of Mahendra SIngh Dhoni. I would have been very happy if Dhoni could have won the match for Chennai Super Kings. However, due to the spectacular catch by Pollard Dhoni got out to a very good shot. Anyways it was only the first match for Chennai. I am pretty sure that they will bounce back and make it to the finals as always... Have a nice day !! SuperShames

It happened because of teamwork and cooperative from among the team members hardly seen for it was overshadowed by the artistic effort of their star players. In winning teamwork is always the key factor and talent comes next. Sometimes artistic talent become a liability for it will be one reason for others to envy and causes error. This is costly for the opponent is also full of talent.

I think Mumbai Indians is a good team and they have more chance to win the matches with good players in the team.

chennai super kings should have won the match. if at least one player had provided support to dhoni they would have won the match. but anyways congrats to mumbai indians they held their nerve and won the match. what ever might be the result whenever chennai super kings play, the match goes down the wire. even though chennai might have got a losing start but they will definitely rock this season after south african players return. chennai super kings ku whistle podu.
