Just Received a Gift from Samaritan's Purse

I and my son attended the Church this morning. We were requested to be back in the afternoon because there are packages to be distributed to children. My son is 2 years old. The package is actually full of toys, a bag, a jacket, a pair of shoes, and more. The cartoon of the package says it comes from Operation Christmas Children of Samaritan's Purse. One of my young cousins received a package with a letter in it. It says that it comes from David, Lauren and Avery of Dallas, Texas, USA. What my son received has no letter in it so I don't really have an idea where it comes and whom to thank for. Does anybody know about Samaritan's Purse?
