What are clixcetns point for?

i am a member in clixsense i just click ads there and it really take a long time to reach to payout amount... i would like to know what are those clixcents for? what are the use of those points? if we get clixcents points can we convert them to money for cashout? how that works if you have any experience?

Clixcents are equal cash. Value of 1 Clixcent = $0.01. Clixcents are getting credited to account balance as cash after approval of offers.

thank you.. each offer there, is just for one time, right? i mean if we complete an offer then we can not complete it anymore in the day after that?

About offers Clixsense says as -
"You can only complete an individual offer once. No points will be rewarded for other attempts. However, you can complete as many different offers as you want."

i still could not complete any offer.. even for downloading also is such different i mean php files don't get open after that.. i am so confused as i could not get success in completing any offers there..
