Yeheeey! Tommorow is Monday and it's laundry day. Every monday Ate Elvie(our laundry girl) will do the laundry after washing our clothes she will clean our house and iron our clothes. I am just excited to wear my new clothes, but she will wash it first before I will wear it.
Ate Elvie is our laundry girl for almost 10 years. She wash all our clothes, on my grandmother's house she will wash there clothes every Friday and iron them on Sunday. She considered as a part of our family because she is kind and helpful. Hope that she will stay longer here.

What a privileged to have your very own laundry girl! I always have my new clothes washed before I wear them as well and one day I will have my own laundry girl for now. Right now I wash and dry our laundry myself. Laundry day isn't my favorite task but it is sure nice when the clothes are all washed, dried, folded and ironed, ready to wear again.

Lol, that is so cool. Lucky you. Seriously because I know what it must be like to have children and then be bogged down with the huge time consuming chore of doing laundry.; Hooray to your laundry girl. That is really neat.

You are lucky to have someone to do the laundry for you. I have no helper for the past 7 years, and I do everything in the house.

I'm just wondering why you still call her as helper if she doesn't help you at all.

What a blessing to have someone do your laundry! I had to do mine myself this weekend,
although my fiancé offered to help me. I usually like helping him with his and he gives me an
allowance, but he did it himself this time and wanted to do mine, lol, which is sweet gesture.
It is great that you have help because laundry can be tiresome at times.

Good day Kmz059. I know it's great to have a laundry girl that would help you in your laundry works but I think it would be better if you'll wash your own clothes. I also was not really used to wash my own clothes but when I became independent and live away from my family it was very hard for me to adjust. It's good to learn while you're still young your roles in life as a woman and soon as a mother. It would be easy for you to adjust once you got married.

I'm kind of jealous. I don't have a laundry person. I have to do it myself. Then again I prefer it that way as I wouldn't want anyone doing my laundry but me. Heck, I don't even let my husband do it! LOL Oh, and I couldn't imagine doing laundry on a weekly basis. I do mine daily and I still get behind on the wash! LOL
Happy mylotting!

I can't see letting someone else do my laundry. I guess it all depends on how you were raised. I have been doing my own laundry since I was a teenager. The thought of someone else touching my dirty clothes does not sit well with me at all. My laundry day is usually Friday and or Saturday mornings. I love doing the laundry myself I just don't like having to put the clothes away.

I`m so glad that you feel so blessed by having all you have. Enjoy it while it is there. I have been blessed too in several ways (not only as help goes) and I know it is wonderful. Take care!

You're so lucky with her. We also used to employ some to do our laundry and we all got bad experiences with them. One steals from us, another doesn't wash our clothes well, one destroyed our washer, and yet another can't finish the laundry in one whole day. And oh yeah, there's still another one who owed me some money that until now, 4 years later, hasn't been paid yet. Oh well, guess we are far off better doing the chores ourselves.

Very nice of you having someone loyal to take care all your laundry !
I use wash machine for my laundry. I put them in separate netting and wash them two to three times a week.
