I finally saw The Call this weekend. Thought it would be a little better being Halle Berry was in it but it was just ok. I don't really know if it was the movie or that I expect anything with Halle Berry in it to be great. She has done some really great movies in the past but I haven't really liked the last few she's made. Matter of fact Cloud Atlas was the worst to me. Anyway, The Call had it's good parts but it didn't really get enjoyable to me until the end when Halle had a few action scenes. The movie focused on a 911 operator who tries to help a kidnapping victim unsuccessfully and how she deal with it. Unfortunately the operator is faced with the same type of situation again, who she realizes by the same kidnapper, and does everything in her power to ensure the victim survives. Like I said, there were some good parts but the movie could have definitely been better. I kinda felt like something was missing in the movie. Plus by the way it ended, I'm figuring they'll probably be a part II. Did anyone else see this movie?
