Help ,My iphone 4S has been stolen

Dear mylotters ,
Unfortunately,my 4S was pick up by theif four days ago ,which depressed me.I'd like to get it back cause I am unable to afford another one as well as catch the sneak thief.
Now,he turned off all of the postioning softwares/settings ,so I asked help from police and apple.Unluckly,it seemed they did not have any good ideas on this problem ,specially apple refused help for the sake of personal info.
I'm going to carzy , do you have advisements ? many thanks !

I am not sure how it is any possible to have your phone back if Apple itself could bot be able to help you.

Hi Jenny ,do you mean the SW called find my iphone? I gonna say it is useless,someone just turn the position function off ,nobody can search it.

One thing I'd like to tell you two guys ,Accroding the payment service showed on the internet,I konw the person's name who have actived the device,but I have no right to investigate his personal info.You guess it ,I ask help from police .Actually ,it seems that they did not spare no efforts to trace the legal case. I am so upset ,isn't their responsiblity to serve us?
Can you come up some better suggestions ?

I am sorry to hear that you have got your Iphone 4s stolen. I lost my mobile phone a few years ago and did not get it back. And the same case happened to one of our students in the school before winter vacation arrived. His was a new Iphone and could not find it. When it is stolen, it is really hard to get it back. But I wish you lucky enough to get it back very soon. Take care.

Yeah,in a sense I am agree with you.But why not we rethink it over we can trace the record of the iphone base on the series NO.
With the help from professionals,I find my iphone has been sold to another city ,what's more ,I get the user info .Let me put it in this way,general,police can handle this occasion to get my iphone back .So I ask for help from policemen,unfortunately ,they ignored my request ,which drived me relly angry.
They just give up ,even do not have a try ,according to the nation's law ,it is their obligation to protect citens property .

I am sorry to hear that your iphone was stolen. That is very unfortunate, but it seems like an impossibility to get it back. Since it is an iphone, everyone and his brother wants one, so if they have an opportunity to get one, they will do anything that they can to get it, even steal it. It seems that is is virtually impossible to get it bac, but for your sake, I still hope that you do get it back. the thief shut off the things necessary to find it, so that you or the police won't find it. I don't have an iphone, and I won't have one, but I still have to watch that my s3 isn't stolen as well. Take care, and have a good day.

Aaa it is hard to get back a phone if someone steal it. The thief always target expensive phone to steal. Next time you should be careful. I still remember my brother phone steal by someone and right now he still cannot find his phone. That phone is expensive. He just buy new phone because mobile phone is important for his work.

Hi Alisa, you got it,it depressed me for several days.After all iphone 4S is valued 4000+ RMB,it means my two months' salary is gone.
Now the fact is that I found the person who is using my iphone,at the same time ,I knew his name through Internet info but other details,i offer the messages to policemen.
Well,personally ,police should have worked the case timely,to my disappoint,they unlikely to help me get my valuable property back .I have no idea but angry ,what should I do ?
