how to stop vas ussd services in reliance gsm

reliance gsm is continually deducting my balalnce without my permission. when i call at customer care. they said that i have press the ok button to activated service. but i hv not press any button. i check this by send MYVAS to 55333. i got the reply: Dear Subscriber,you have no VAS packs currently. Even i did not press any key. they have been deducting my balance for last 2 months. they have deducted 28 rs in total. pls help guys, if u r facing this problem
