Government is also at fault or?

I see that many Old people... Over the age of 70 are working ver hard for their children.... And their son's and daughter's are doing nothing.... Because some are studying or fled away from home and never send money to their parents.... Is their any way to help those 70 - 80 years old people who are poor? Can anyone tell me how can I solve those problems? Please help me.... Can government help me?

Hi friend, I am sorry to hear that. It is so sad. But, unfortunately, I don't know whether any program from government that provide donation for old people that live in poor. In my country there are many people that live like that, but there is no any program from the government. Currently, I cannot do anything to help them, except help them with foods and money.
