would you agree to that? most of the times our bosses are giving as task and want it to be finish right on time... for them it easy to command a person to do those jobs because they are the boss they never even knew how the work is done, but instead they force us to do the impossible to became possible. Just an example our company have encountered a big problem right because of one of our clients canceled their contract and know that client of ours have their members insured under our name so now that they terminated the contract their members will loose their insurance too. My boss just wanted us not to assist them instead redirect them to our clients, now how can you say that to all that members that have been paying their insurance directly to us. They would ask us questions right? on the other hand our clients wont even answer their members question so, they will be redirected again to us! Now, what will happen to this people if our companies management would not make an agreement to that client of ours regarding this matter. Can anyone tell me if what this happening is right nor what exactly does this people should do.

This is a very serious situation arise most of the companies where human resource have not played their active role in general term small scale companies ruled accoring to their bosses desire but not acoording to law as in yur case,no doubt it is too hard to guide the boss because people when in superior position their ability of thinking become worse ,they did not understand problem of subordinate it better to leave this atmosphere

My boss also does that to us, only when her boss, the owner of the company also asks for the report urgently.
Usually it's our Finance Department who experiences this. And when that happens the whole department will really be so busy.
And i would be the one who follows up the request of the boss every now and then.

I totally have no idea as to how insurance works. But when it comes to bosses who are unreasonable. .. I can agree to that because I have experienced someone who was like that and she kept on giving orders and let's me do things that are beyond my time available and she even told me to extend my working hours but she v won't give me ot pay. Wow. I'm glad im already or of her team and I left her.

Yes there are unreasonable bosses, but they are usually not good leaders and they don't usually lead a good team. What is often forgotten is 'the boss' is not the top of the pile. They will have been given instructions, or have their instructions dictated by factors not under their control. Many companies have shareholders who are risking their own money, so give senior management a hard time often, if 'the boss' is self employed, they still need to make enough money to pay wages at all, not simply 'on time'. Good teams are asked to do the hard stuff because they are good. What would I do? Convey my worries and concerns to my boss and take advice.

I know what you feel. I've experienced that in my previous job too. Some Boss only think about the money and leave their client behind after. I know it's unfair but world is full of unfairness. Your Boss's will just realize their mistakes soon. Maybe when it's too late.
