Better weather causes better mood

I don't know if everyone thinks this is right, but I have the feeling when the weather gets better everyone around me is in a better mood including me.
I live in Holland, and the weather here is just terrible. Most of the time it is cold and there are loads of rainy days. But when the weather gets better, you see people get more active and more busy. More people are sitting outside and the city's get more crowded.
It's weird what a bit of good weather can do with people!

I live in vermont and I agree with you on that. On really good days people are happier and they are out moving around and doing more while its beautiful but as soon as the weather gets crappy (rain, snow, mud, etc...) everyone is slower to do things and everyone gets more irritable. Most people don't even realize it but it still happens
