To be a physician is my dream. But now that I have a sponsor for me to get enrolled, I my determination had lessen. Maybe I am just afraid of the pressure or maybe I'm already pressured. Knowing that if I enter med school there will be no turning back and should and must do anything that.it takes for me to become a licensed physician.

Goodluck and that's true Med school is not a joke... my sister just finished her me school , and I'm with her when she's still studying so I witnessed how hard it is..specially when she's already on the 4th year - that's her clerkship year .. most of her time is in the hospital..no time to do her personal stuff.. she can't afford to wash her uniform.. etc...

Hi. You need to think a lot before getting yourself enrolled in the med school. It is best if you reassess yourself and list down what you really want to do for the rest of your life. Getting a course doesn't end there. After graduating, you need to look for a job that you will be doing for the rest of your life and you need to put your heart into it. It is important that you chose a course that will make you happy and will let you become a blessing to other people.

It is your dream then go for it. Try and do it if it is what your heart tells you to do. If in the midst of schooling, you chose the wrong career path then you can always change. Your sponsor would understand. It is your life. If you are happy with your choice in life, no matter what you become then you can make wonders.:)

Hi friend, you are right. Be a physician needs a great commitment, because this profession require big responsibility throughout your life. You will responsible to your patients and you have to have a license to run your profession. But this profession promises a big salary or money as well as a good respect from social. I think it is fair with the responsibility. Everything is up to you friend, you should to consider some things.

lots of young people want to become doctors but most of them renounce because of financial problems. you said you found a sponsor. does this mean you got a scholarship or did you find a relative who offered to pay for your schooling? if he is a relative but not a member of your immediate family, then you are indeed lucky to have won the trust of this person. he is going to spend plenty of money on your education and if you accept this you should never let him down. you said that your determination has lessened. do you have other plans? you have to think about what you want in your life. whatever your decision may be, it's going to determine your future. keep in mind that aside from being a vocation, being a doctor is one of the highest paying jobs in the world today. very few doctors are unemployed. there is no shortage of patients worldwide. yes, it entails long years of hard work and plenty of money. ask yourself whether you're willing to sacrifice in order to become one. if not, then i suggest that you decline and thank this sponsor for his generosity. if it's a scholarship, it would also be admirable of you if you can notify the agency so they can give the slot to another deserving student. gtood luck.
