For no reason that I can think of today just seems like a bad luck day. And I don't really believe in luck. Maybe the weather is changing, I don'tn9ow why but I just want to go to bed and pull the covers over my head. Do you have days like this for no reason?

I get a lot of those, but I just put it down to my depression, some days are certainly better than others, sometimes I can wake up and feel ready to start the day, other days I just want to stay in bed all day, sometimes not to wake up at all. Trouble is I believe that if something bad happens, then it comes in threes. So I am on edge all day waiting for more bad things to happen.

Hi,
You are right. Sometimes we feel very nervous without any reason. Why this so happens I can't understand. at that time I don't want to do anything and just lye on bed calmly. We should not think such day as bad luck day but it is a rest day for us.

The first thing when I started reading your post I thought of weather. We are having a bright day, but with a lot of wind and changes. Volatile weather often feels the way you describe to me. I hope no bad luck finds you and that whatever is causing the bad vibes dissipates.

That's so upsetting. Just this year I had one day full of that, after so many unfortune happenings I remember spilling coffee then and that was the last drop, instead of cursing I just took a deep breath but thought 'Are you kidding me?' - to no one im particular.
Usually these days can be fixed with clearing my mind. For me the more anxious or negative I am the day gets worse and worse, I believe in the law of attraction, we are not even conscious of what we are thinking if we are reliving a bad memory or thinking something that it doesn't make us feel good, there are days all thoughts go automatically to the wrong way so clearing it until the emotions calm down it seems to me the only way to fix a chain of negative thoughts.

Yep, been there, done that! LOL! It's not really a bad luck day for me today, but it has been a gray, rainy day all day so far, and I don't feel like doing much of anything. I think it is SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).

A black crow cawing is considered by some people as a bad luck omen.
Other people are afraid of ladders, mirrors, and some even have a morbid fear of the number 13.
Superstitions and bad luck are widely considered to be irrational beliefs and practices that are inconsistent with the laws of science. Yet since ancient times people have examined almost every occurrence, believing them to be a warning of bad luck or an indication of good luck.
In this the age of science I do not hold with superstition or bad luck.
I believe that everyone makes their own luck, be it good or bad, and that they are destined to live with it (and enjoy it) until they are able to put all this superstition behind them!

Hi savypat, I do have days like that and they seem to be getting more frequent as I get older. I do think that the weather plays a part however as I'm always more cheerful on sunny days. Have you notice too that you don't want anyone to tell you to cheer up on such days or to talk about being positive? I just want to hide away on such days. Thankfully, I still have more cheerful days than I do gloomy ones. Blessings.

Sometimes, certain days are bad because of certain people we come across. In this world, there are some people who are terribly negative-minded and they spread their negative vibrations everywhere they go. Sometimes we may come across such people on the bus or train, or while sitting in the doctor’s room etc.. If we are sensitive enough, we will be receiving the negative vibrations and that will spoil our day.

i beleive in energies, luck, karma and all that which people think s wishy-washy and silly.
sometimes the moon will make you feel weird or sad :( and othertimes the zodiac sign you were born under is near the sun and gives you a bright day :)
other times it could be your karma biting you in the behind for something you did or maybe its that your chakras arnt aligned properly.
when the weather changes, your right, it will make your mood chage. the pressure changes change you body and sometimes can give you headaches. all these things contribute to you being upset or happy when you wake up.
last time i had one of these it lasts for a while ...
best of luck
