Computer virus

I hate internet viruses...I hate the people who create these viruses...my last computer crashed because of, I believe internet viruses...I lost so much data, data I am sure I can never recover. I wonder what these people who create viruses gain by making innocent people like me suffer!!!

same it annoys me i agree that there should be an computer viruses there is a free virus protection its called avg i use that its good.

Thanks. I will try it for I do not want to loose any more data. I am now saving all my important data as an email to myself hoping that this will help protect my data. I just hope the data is safe there.

when i first got my own laptop i was so eager to open any link sent to me through my email. my laptop stopped working cause of a trojan virus i got by downloading a photo. from then on i learned my lesson aside from installing an anti virus that worked better than my previous one.

Well, even I hate computer viruses. And with them, I hate also Trojan and malware!
Unfortunately, since "there are" computers, they came out of these species, however unpleasant that we try to fight with every means that there is made available.
For example I use (in basic form free) AVAST, and on my Windows 7 is installed "Windows Defender" that would act as a firewall for malware.
It would be much better if the virus does not exist. Unfortunately, however, they are a boring reality.
I am very sorry for you that you lost a lot of data, maybe even very important!
