I cant sleep tonight

Tonight is one of those nights that I can not sleep. But as always, I took my therapy!
However, I must admit that it is not the first night that I happen to be awake while the clock its 2:52 am.
Maybe tonight my medication I have taken the too late? Maybe. In fact the time of the pill to take at 20.00. This evening I took it with two hours late!
Usually almost every day, I fall asleep around midnight.
If someone like me could not sleep tonight, we will reciprocate the good night together!

Hi,
I don't have any problem with sleeping at night. Very few times I have faced this situation. It is very difficult to spend whole night without sleeping. My wife has this problem many times. She can not sleep for whole night.

So, next time you set your alarm in your phone to remind you to take your medication on time. 
And whenever you cannot sleep, you could do mylotting

Yes, I know, yesterday there was a distraction for me. In the evening, at about 20:00 is now a habit of taking the pills.

you likely came to the right place friend for people who are still up around the world. as it is only 6pm here in USA right now. but iam also often up really early from still being awake at times 3am or 4 am in the morning and not rising till 1 pm or 2 pm in the noon
how about facebook? at times lots of friends are up late/early there also.

Well, even if I can not sleep, but sometimes I browse the web with the smartfone directly lying on my bed, waiting to fall asleep.
