I think you should approach that person and talk to him one-on-one as to why did he/she did it and somehow resolve everything in a peaceful manner. But if it won'y work then you may proceed to legal approaches.

The only way to solve it is to change your password or, if you can't log in to your account, to contact Facebook.
I guess if it is just someone you know, then deal with it personally.. you can save money too.

It would be a lot of work to be taking legal actions against that person, but if you feel that the information he had is something really that "classified",then go and file a case against him.

Was it for a joke? or did he damage something? Depends on what he did with the info. Are you sure you know who did it? and how did you find out?
