Now I'm Going To Have A Nephew! :)

Hello MyLotters! Hope everyone is well! I just thought I would share how happy I am to hear that my brother and his wife are going to have a son. I am not too sure when his wife is due but I am so excited. I already have a beautiful niece called Abigail which is their daughter. I met her for the first time this year in Feburary. They are on the other side of Australia so it's hard to see them. I didn't really know being an Aunty would feel this good until I saw Abigail. Even though I'm scared of planes, I would like to fly over to see them all again and meet my nephew when he is born. Where you excited and very happy when you first heard you were going to be an Aunty or Uncle? Happy MyLotting. ~AussieGal~

I remember very well when I first found out I was going to have a nephew. I didn't get to meet him until he was two weeks old. It felt like he was mine. I instantly fell in love. I always said my sister and I shared him. He seemed to be as much mine as hers, we were that close. He just turned 45 last month. But when I look at him I still see that little baby I first met. He has grown kids of his own now. Time flies as you get older.

Hello almostlate! Aww that is so sweet! My goodness. I'm going to feel so damn old when my nephew and niece start having kids. I hate time haha it does go way too fast. :( Thank you so very much for answering. :)

That is exciting. Has your brother and his wife thought of any names yet? I wonder how Abigail will go with her new brother. I haven't got any nieces or nephews so I don't really know what it feels like. Hopefully you do go over to see them again. Don't worry about the plane, I'm sure you will be just fine. :)

Hello AidanKay! Actually I haven't asked them yet about what names they have been thinking of. I will ask them next time I talk to them. I have been wondering how Abigail will be too. I hope she doesn't get jealous or anything. Hope they both get on. :P Thank you. I haven't been on that many planes so I'm a bit scared of them. Thank you so very much for answering. :)
