When I watch T.V news ,I have a feeling that each channel is vying with the other to provide juicy titbit's on personal life of important people. They present these news as bomb shell and carry on with it,till they get the next gossip. The present day gossip mongers are the news channels. They snoop, bully and prod and poke to get a tit bit out from somewhere to make it a mega news.Recently President Obama commented on an Indian American women attorney about her brilliance and appearance,in fact it was a good natured comment spoken with no malice, but the media whipped it up as a sexist remark and caused unwanted embarrassment to both the parties.Should we make such trash a big event to grab attention of the public?

Hi
I agree. Now a days almost every channel is working for one political party. Yes Obama's comments were take in wrong direction. we should not give importance to such news and channels.

OMG I totally agree with you. The media is at the root of all evil in this world. They will do anything to sell new stores, papers, magazines. It is so out of control. The President's remark was not at all sexist to me. He was paying her a compliment. However, people choose to want to make the story bigger then it is. Trying to cause problems for President Obama and his wife. I would never want to be in the public eye all due to the media. They are vicious and cruel and there ought to be a law against this type of behavior.

Those living by these bits and pieces will continue to gather what will pay them.
