What Will You Plant In Your Garden?

Where I live, its time to start planting seeds and do some garden preparation so that when the seedlings and temperatures are right, everything will be ready to plant. I usually start my seeds in the house and when the nights start getting warmer, I move the seedlings to my green house and then eventually to the garden. So, I am now planning what exactly and how much I want this year and I am going to try not to do what I do every year, which is, plant too much. I think I will stick with tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, cucumbers, basil, cilantro and sunflowers. For flowers, my boys and I usually always plant some marigolds and we also add a perennial or two but we haven't decided what those will be yet.
If you have a garden, what will you be planting this year?

Yes, I think it definitely helps keep the food budget lower and its healthy. My kids definitely are more open to eating or at least tasting vegetables when we grow them in our own garden.

I will sow herbs, basil, mint, green tea, ginger, many vegetables, egg plant, bottle gourd, beans, capsicum, few flowering plants, rose, marigold, jasmine, hibiscus. If you take proper care, then maintaining a garden is helpful, and the most powerful stress buster. You can save some money as well as enjoy the healthy benefits.
