My grandmother is been weak for how many days. She just sleep for almost the whole day and she feels very drowsy. We consult her in a physician and undergone some laboratory test. Only to find out that the sodium level is very low. I just like to ask if what are the foods that can be a good source of sodium?

There are foods that are rich in sodium. Just ask a dietician so that your grand ma will be able to have a good intake of this electrolyte.
Salt does contain sodium, and sodium are present in most processed foods.

Hi friend, there are many foods that contains a lot of sodium. They are sea vegetables, salt, breads, butter, crab, cheese, bacon, clams, olives, pickled vegetables, sausage and canned tuna. But, you should control your grandmother sodium degree, because too much sodium can trigger high blood pressure. I hope it will help you.

are you sure that sodium is what she needs ? its not common you know . salty foods contains sodium because sodium is one of the components of salt. I heard on a cooking show also that tomatoes and cheese contains the umami which is also known as monosodium glutamate.
