I think feeling tired and lazy after eating is just normal. Because our blood flow is concentrated to our stomach to digest the food making our body somewhat weak. That is why it is not recommended to eat while studying because your body's focus will be on digesting the food. Instead more blood is flowing in your blood, some of it will be transferred to your stomach. So feeling lazy and tired is just OK except if you have some other symptoms of indigestion. Like feeling bloated.

I just want to make a correction. there was a typo. "Instead more blood is flowing in you BRAIN (not blood), some of it will be transferred to your stomach.."

well, why don't you visit the doctor? are you sure it's just constipation? what if there's a bigger reason for that? i don't want to scare you but the best way to deal with it is visit the doctor.

Hi , i guess you need to eat more vegetables then meat because veges are rich in fiber that helps you digest food while meat are hard to be digested. Don't eat too much also but eat in small but frequent interval. You eat some fruits also and if symptoms persist you got to see a doctor , might be you some intestinal problem.

Hi friend, if you has digestion problem and feel lazy to eat, you can make a drink from turmeric. Take a finger of turmeric, grated or mashed, add 5 spoonful of warm water, squeeze, add a bit of sugar or honey and then drink immediately. Do twice a day at morning and night. I think you will better.
