Hi let say your working a resturant. say like you are asst. manger you are making good money. the place is doing very good business. you been there a long time. the owner want to sell he can no longer do business because of health reason. but for some reason no one want it . but you do ,it your dream.but you r probeln is you do not have the money or credit to buy it. so your boss make you and offer to sell you the place with notes.and for at least 10years after the place is paid for you have to give your boss fromer owner 15% of gross profit.would you do it.

Yes, I would do it! This business has obviously been established, and the 'regulars' are probably just as familiar with the assistant manager as the owner. The fact that ownership is going to someone who has worked there for years will probably encourage those patrons to continue visiting. I think that 15% is a small and worthy price to pay for a restaurant that is already totally set up and successful business.
