Man is selfish

We see that in general man is selfish in nature ,what ever he wants he try to get by the cost of other if a begger get some one wallet he cannot he cannot sending back like every big government trying to enforce their desirious to small countries , for a piece of land government trying killing thousand of soldies and the soldier involves killing of million of people ,the bigger compnes making there profit range up to 20 percent means killing poor is this true or not
