OH well, life's like that .. You don't always get what you want. They texted me and said i was not qualified for the final interview..I was so close to getting in the company, but maybe there was just some otehr people who deserved it more than i do. I am still optimistic, but what if this will happen tons of times.. Good thing my parents are always there to support me.
Just letting out some stuff so i'd feel lighter, it always helps to tell people about sad stuff..

That's beyond our control- don't give up
We don't get everything that we want, but as long as you have faith in yourself- I am sure one day you'll achieve more than what you expect for

That's sad but as they say "when a door closes, a window opens" perhaps that's just not your line and eventually you'll regret joining the company. Just try your best and try to check what the common comments are. You should ask the company which part of "you" was not qualified, so that you could do better next time. Though some wouldn't really tell you, you'd be glad they texted you about it.
Good luck. Don't quit. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

So sorry to hear about that my dear. Anyway, maybe it's not really for you. At least you have known how interviews are being done, so next time you are more prepared for it. I know there is one waiting that is really reserved for you. Just keep on looking and when the time comes, you will be the one to choose which of them really fits your qualification. Cheer up, maybe this week or next week.

I am sorry that you did not get the job. I know how it feels not being able to find work because I have the same problem as well. I have two Master's degree in education and every time I apply for a teaching job I am told that I am over qualified because of my degrees. The schools want prior experience, but how does one get experience if nobody wants to give me a chance. I am working on making my jewelry and hope to start selling soon. I made my 10 pairs of earrings and now I need to work on making 10 bracelets then I can post them online. I want to start with 10 of each then see how it goes. If it goes well then I will make more. I am also taking a class in June to learn how to make necklaces so that should bring in some money. Just do not give up and do the best you can.

Sorry to hear that you didn't get the position. Just keep working at finding a job that you are interested. Don't give up. Life can be really tough but we have to keep working through the challenges we face so that we can get to where we want to be with our life.

I agree with others here, don't give up. Something better will come along and you will be much happier with whatever it is. =)
I did not get the job I applied for and something happened to make me realize that I would rather start up my Childcare Business again. It was a Blessing in disguise that I did not get the position because I am so happy with what I am doing now! Plus I get to stay home with my kids and make an income! I have the best of both worlds.
Sometimes things happen that we do not understand at the time. But when we look back, it all makes sense. Good luck with whatever your next chapter is in life.

I will not give up, since this finding and OJT is required in my course- so i can't really graduate without it. I sure hope something better will come my way too. You are quite lucky indeed- to find something that you enjoy and it also brings you income.

It only means that something better is on its way. I remember, when I applied a job (prior to my present job) in a certain government agency. It was an admin position actually. I passed the examination and I knew that I was the only one who passed the examination among those who applied for the position. I was positive that I will get the job, but to my dismay, they allowed the other applicants to retake the exam. I was so sad because I know they don't like me to get inside their department.
But after several months, I was hired in my present department. A much better position and salary.
There is always something better for us.

Don't lose hope, lady. When you lose hope you lose faith in God. Believe that there is something waiting for you. Be patient. So what do you do for a living as of now?
