Toshiba Laptop problem help needed please

We have the Toshiba laptop and its not booting up
It starts and then says you PC ran into a problem and we are go to restart
and then goes to a blank screen after a few minutes

as soon as it starts its boot up hit and hold down the ESC key and go into safe money run a scan in safe mode you may have to do a system restore to any day before this happen

Hi,
You can download ISO file from microsoft website for your exact version of windows.
Burn it to DVD. If you have Vista, Win 7 or Win 8 then you'll be able to boot from that disk and select Startup repair option under Windows installation.
It's safest way to repair your startup problems.

Hi,
You have a bad operating system the cause could attributed to several reasons, from viruses, malwares to bad sectors in the hard disk drive. I think it is hard to evaluate the real reason for the anomaly unless a general ocular inspection of your unit is undertaken which is not possible under the circumstances.
