paid to twitter? ?

is there paid to tweet, retweet or follow on twitter sites? i saw an ad before that answered all questions above as yes. now i will ask my trusted co-mylotters to clear those questions.

I once completed a task that pays to follow. And also yes there are sites that pays to tweet. Although you really need to have lots of followers. Have a nice day!
