So I signed up for Paypals new debit card - which now allows you to withdraw from your paypal via any ATM machine. Did you sign up for it? If so how are you liking it? If not, why not? It makes the whole paypal experience way more convenient in my opinion.
They also offer a credit card reader which allows you to take credit card payments from anyone and it goes directly into your paypal account. Talk about convenient. I no longer have to turn people away that want to buy my crafts but have no cash on them.

I'm a Paypal debit card holder as well and I love it too! It was SUCH a pain having to wait for my funds to first transfer TO Paypal and then wait 3-5 days for those funds to hit the bank account. I have a few different projects that pay via Paypal, and this card has made everything so much easier. They even offer cash back option - you should check that out if you haven't already! The little card reader is pretty cool too, isn't it? I just wish I was crafty enough to actually sell stuff that people think are valuable lol!

I am new to this so I'll def look into the cash back option! And you are too funny wishing you were crafty enough to actually sell stuff people think are valuable. I crochet blankets. All kinds sizes and shapes and sell them- well when Im not making them as gifts. I also take payments for my part-time business where I teach computer basics to the 50+ community. :) So see..you don't have to be crafty..you can take payments for services too :)

Here is a blanket I sold recently that I made with no pattern or anything..I had to wing this one because I couldn't find a free pattern online. I am currently working on a ladybug for an upcoming babyshower.

I have not had to opportunity to use mine yet. Can you give me an example of when it wasn't accepted so I can steer clear of those types of purchases with it?

I have my new debit card from paypal as well and I love it. I am now hoping to build my paypal account so I can start spending money. It is my goal to use some of that money to buy more things to make my crafts and sell them. I am so glad that paypal has this card. I feel safer using paypal and allowing people to only pay for things via paypal.

Cool! I want to have one too for it really provides some convenience. But I guess it would be more convenient to have that EON card here provided by union bank having the same features as that because it allows you to withdraw paypal funds.

I have the SQUARE card reader that allows me to take payments and the money is directly deposited in my personal credit union account. I signed up for paypal because everyone seems more familiar and comfortable with paypal for making payments :)

I registered for the car as well when i registered for my card reader, they came around the same time. I haven't really used either yet. Lol matter a fact I haven't even activated my card yet smh. I love the card reader's look though and i really support/trust PayPal so i'm down with it.

I actually already had the SQUARE card reader and loved the way it works. so simple and money is deposited right into your personal regular bank account. I only got paypals because I figured if I registered with the card might as well be able to take payments. Plus these days people are more trusting when they see paypal.
I didn't activate my card for a week after I got it..and they kept sending me emails as reminders to activate :)

Do you mean you are making sure to receive money from something you sold via paypal?
and thanks!
