Hope they fix it.

I was waiting for 3 of my Amazon.ca gift cards to come in so I could order a Christmas present for my son. Two $5 and a $15. Well yesterday morning they came in, unfortunatly I still couldn't order the present because when I tried to redeem the $15 it says it was already redeemed to another account. I heard this has happened a couple of times with their $25 cards. I sent in a ticket about it and just got a reply asking for the number on the card. I hope they fix it quickly and without too much hassel. I hope they don't reply back again wanting more info because they could of asked for it all at once.

I wonder if it's an issue with Amazon or with Swagbucks? Either way I'm sure they will fix it. I can prove that I didn't add the card to my account. I took screen shots of it saying it was already claimed to another account and one of the list of gift cards that were redeemed on my account. I haven't sent them those yet, all they asked for was the order number of the gift card.

They gave me back the points I used to redeem for the gift card. So I sent for my last $5 for the month. Hope it doesn't happen again when I send for another $15 this month.

Sure, they will fix it. But, I think they might ask for more details if something is wrong there.

They already asked for the order number so I sent that. I am hoping that they don't send an email saying they need something else because they could of saved us both time and asked for everything at once.

Oh that stinks! I hate when you get something and then cannot use it...I hope they fix it quickly for you. =)

Me too, I really wanted to order my son that bear. :( He loves the Toy Story movies and he has Buzz, Woody, Jessi, and Bullseye but I found Lotso on Amazon and I really want to get it for him.

This is really sad,I hope you will be able to, use you Amazon gift card, I don't like it when things like this happens, you get something in the mail, and then it doesn't work for you, and you can no longer use it.

I am hoping they fix it quickly. With my luck when I do get it fix they will no longer carry the item that I wanted to buy so badly.
