how do we earn here in mylot? please give me the details..

First, read this: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#14 which explains how to get the best out of MyLot and how earnings are calculated. MyLot doesn't pay "per post". What is important is the quality of your participation in discussions and that is assessed for each 24 hours, midnight to midnight, according to MyLot time and updated some time the following day. Next, make sure that you read and understand the Guidelines carefully. If a discussion is deleted, neither the person who started it or anyone who may have responded will earn anything for their work. It is important to know what kind of discussion will be removed, therefore, and to avoid those.

First read the Terms and Conditions of Mylot carefully and according to the rules you follow it and you can earn. Start quality discussions which will get more responses and you will earn money.

You earn NOTHING from the responses that your discussion receives. The users who post them will earn for them, not the starter of the discussion. We ONLY earn for our own activity. When we start a topic for discussion, if we want to earn for it then we should add comments to each of the responses, and further the topic making it into a discussion.
