Bringing mobile phone to school

As we know,everying likes coin which has tuo sides.As well as we make good use of handphone.When I am a high syudent,my parents allow me to take mobilephone,because my parents are far away form me,in order to contact with them conveniencely.Besides,I use cellphone to find out resouces about study,and I can keep in touch with my friends. In a short,the key is how to use it.

using mobile phone in school is very danger because of a child intention may change when he use more time in mobile also he distrub the class taught lession he may busy in his mobile so student of any class does not allowed to use

Cellphones are for mature people and not for children going to school or colleges. It is for the use of buisness class and not for young one as this is harmful for them at this tender age. They should not be allowed to bring or use cellphones in school. Happy mylotting.

My siblings' highschool also doesn't allow bringing of mobile phones in school. Honestly, I disagree. However, I agree that during classes, and while the kids are inside the school grounds, cellphones must not be used at all times. And I agree that the school reserves the right to confiscate such devices should they catch students disobeying the rule, but I want my siblings to have some means of communication or a way for us to reach them when school is over.

i guess its not a reason. cellphone is an important device that anyone needs. cellphones can be used for emergency, if the school just want to get rid the disturbance of the class because of cellphones they just need to force the students to turn it off during class hours or surrender their phones to their subject teacher and give it back to the students after their periods.

I think its better to bring a handphones when children go to school. Heinous crimes can happen at school and that is to be considered seriously. To teach students/children of responsible phone use would improve their behavior towards responsible use of phones. Schools should create a better regulation to the use of phones at school, e.g. silent mode cellphones, put in one corner, use them after classes. Following rules can be developed into habits and potential disciplinary method to students with their use of handphones.

For some reasons it it allowed, its nice that you kids have mobile phones, so that you track them where they are, or you kids can contact you in they are in need or in trouble. But it is not allowed inside the room while the classes is going on, because it can disturb the class, and the students also will not be in focus. It is only allowed after the classes.

I agree that bringing mobile phone may distract the students attention and studies. However, mobile phone is also the best way to contact our kids while they're away from us. My kids bring their mobile phones with them- but need to set on silent and let it vibrate not to disturb the whole class.

My sons in high school are not allowed to use mobile phones at school but they always bring one with them. They would silence or turn it off during school hours. But I feel better with them having one in case of emergencies and so that I can communicate with them when necessary.

Nowaday, most of students are use handphone at school, it's not good. I agree with you, they must don't use it at school.

Yes, you are right.. cell phones should be restricted in schools and colleges.. But it is allowed in our college. And the students end up using it even during the class, messaging, chatting, surfing internet on the phone...

I agree with you. Most student often use the device when their teacher teach them. Even, they often make a joke about their teacher. It is not good for their concentration. But, most of school allow their students bring cellphone. Yes, it is difficult to control student to responsibility on their cellphone.

That's true. However, there are stills schools who allow its students to bring their mobile phones since they can be easily contacted especially during emergencies or suspension of classes. Mobile phones are becoming a necessity these days, and surprisingly, even to the younger generation. It's true that it may disrupt classes and so on. However, bringing of cellphones must be regulated. It should be surrendered every morning and will only returned after classes. Some schools do that actually.
