How many times a day should we thank Allah (subhana wa ta'ala)?
Do you thank Him for guiding you, being able to prostrate to Him, your eyesight, touch, hearing, smelling, health, family and all the blessings He blessed us with that we can't even think of?

I thank God every day for His Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus who is the Christ, and for His Holy Spirit; and I thank Him for His watch, care, and guidance over us.

I think we should thank Allah (SWT) everyday, at least after our 5 times a day prayers. I thank Him everyday, Thank Him for Iman (believe) and Islam, born as Muslem, each breath He gave me, all the time He always sustaining me, protectecting me, and I am weak, we all are weak, and He the one who give us all, Power.

Yes, I do thank Allah the Almighty, I think we should Thank Allah every moment, not only by words or merely by heart, but also by actions, If we are rich we should thank Allah by helping the poor, if we are healthy we should help those who are disabled, if someone is given authority he should thank Allah by being a Just ruler.

You are right, Thank Allah is not only by words or merely by heart, but also by actions.
And also thanks to God by following his orders and the dimension of prohibitions
God protect you and take care of you.

Words are cheap. Actions speak louder than words.
God has no need to hear those words from anyone, however if it makes anyone feel better for saying thank you, that's great.
God's greatest moment is when that light bulb goes off over one of His children's heads and they Understand.
Results are what matter. Our actions define who we are, what we understand, and what we need to learn. Our actions thank God much more than any words that could ever be spoken.

I am working on that. It is difficult. My jihad is to be patient. I am not a patient person.

bhanusb. I think you have the basic idea, however deserves is not really the word. With God, it has never ever been about punishment. God gives us what we need to really learn. Now when our actions return to show us what they really mean, we might deserve to get them, but that is not why we get them. It's about learning, growing and understanding. God is Unconditional Love.

Upon waking up , i praise God and thank him for giving me another day to live again. As the day progresses i always would thank Him for a surprise treat, for the happy felling i felt, for a praise given me for my work and for keeping me healthy and a lot more.

Blessings that God gave us many.
The biggest blessing God gave to us, is God created us out of nowhere in this life.
