How would you justify hitting a girl in self defence?

Yeah, I have great respect for women due to feminism, a doctrine that advocate social, political and economic rights for women equal to men or discrimination against women. Definitely I do not condone hitting the girls which is unlawful in a civilized society.

Hi I am a women and I have zero tolerance for man or woman to hit each other one is just as bad as the other. Even thoa I am a women I have known many that play that card of I am a women and I should be able to hit a man and they think that is okay, well it is not. Women should be just as ashamed as a man if they started it and hit a man first, I taught my son too never hit a woman however if he married a snake in the grass even thoa there is no excuse I think woman can be worse than men. However this is not about abuse from a man (that is a totally different topic). It is like you said self defence!

Personally, I would never hit a girl, however if a girl came at me with a knife or a weapon then I would defend myself, with reasonable force.

Since you say it will be in self defense, I find nothing wrong if you hit back. However, if there are better ways to defend yourself, you could choose one of them. When it involves physical force there is no level playing field here, unless the woman is using a weapon.

I would never hit a female, ever. If a female would attack me, id just let it go in the beginning hoping she will stop. You know cover my head and sensitive areas. If she wouldnt stop i would defend my self in defensive ways, like trying to maybe grab her hands until she calms down or something. If she is going really crazy and not stopping, well, i think id rather ran away and puss out instead of hitting a girl. Now if a girl attacks, i try to relax her, she keeps on going, i try to run away and she chases me, reaches me, and im exausted and she keeps on going. Then all bets are off and i would beat the life out of her, literally the life out of here, payback time eh... BUT...Having been arrested once and handcuffed and all that, i wouldnt put myself in the position of having to deal with the "law". So if i didnt have a few witnesses to say that i was actually defending myself with all means possible and had to hit her back eventually. I would have to decide whether to let her beat me all the way or not. I mean, the cops work for the women, they control the game nowadays so, is it worth it? Pride or jail? i dunno. But i guess in the end the stupidity in me would win and i would beat her up. Then probably drive her to the hospital, all guilty and sh!t...

I definitely not supporting physical abuse. Victims of physical abuse, male or female, should be given the right punishment for them. But to answer the "other way around", I think guys can defend themselves to women who hit them first is "natural instinct". If you get hurt, you have the "fight or flight" moment, so as a result you hit/fight back or leave the situation. Its like a self defense reaction. All beings have that instinct. But again, I'm against physical abuse. Let's avoid it as much as we can.

I don't think it is right either way. I was in an abusive marriage and I never once hit my husband back. It would have been stupid to try. He was bigger and strong than I and I'm sure that hitting him would have esculated the violence to a whole new level. The best way to deal with it is to just get out of the relationship. No one should stay in a relationship that is abusive.

I think the only way a man could get away with hitting a girl in self defense would be if they were able to show scars or bruises of the places where the girl had done the damage to the guy. I just don't think it's enough for a man to just claim that a woman has been harming him especially not with the amount of pain a larger man could put an average woman into.

Hi, There is nothing wrong in hitting a woman for self defense. Try to avoid violence as far as possible. It is not so that the woman is attacking and she is woman we can not defend us and just keep quiet. I also hit back if some woman is attacking me violently.

Let's say a crazed woman attacks you with a knife. You won't hit her? I say hit her to knock her balance or her grip on the knife then call the police. I do not believe in not hitting women who is about to harm you or your loved ones. Seriously. A woman who is about to slap your kid and you wont hit her back? I find that absurd.

my view is short and sweet keep your hands off if you hit let them face going to jail for 5 years prison not jail jail should be for the drunk people

I have no idea.I mean when I feel angry or have some bad feelings,I will most likely to hit her.Till now,she haven't hit back even one time.
