oh im really tired and in no mood to write. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. The best source of Vitamin D is the Sun. Free of charge. :) Sunscreen will disrupt your bodies ability to absorb/create vitamin D. Sitting in sunlight behind a glass actually prevents the good sun rays from reaching you and alows the bad sun rays. UVA and UVB (one is good, one bad). So no sitting in an office behind a large glass window, that is how vitamin D is actually getting depleted from your body. Vitamin C is water soluble. In large doses, it might even help with battling cancer. Liposomal Vitamin C is the best form of vitamin C to take. Take into account practicallity, it's even better than taking it intraveniously.

You get viatamin D in a natural way with the sunlight. You don`t have to be there until you get burned. But your own body makes it. There`s no veggie that has it. Check online: it is quite interest as it is very different from other vitamins.

In short, I can tell you that the main benefit of vitamin D is that it is essential for the bones. Babies lacking vitamin D develop rachitis. Old ladies lacking vitamin D and calcium develop osteoporosis. Vitamin C is said to be anticancer and anti-nicotine but it is also good for fighting many diseases caused by viruses such as influenza. Best ways to take vitamins for the body is nature.

Vitamin D helps to keep your bones dense and strong, and can assist in the repair of fractures. In children, it prevents rickets. In adults, it lessens the risk of osteoporosis, hypertension, or high blood pressure, and ailments of the autoimmune system. Vitamin C contributes to your body's healing processes. It helps your body to produce collagen, which builds skin, ligaments and a variety of other essential tissues. It lowers the risk of anemia by aiding in the absorption of iron. In addition, it is an antioxidant which assists in protecting your body from the harmful effects of free radicals, waste products which occur when food is converted into energy.

Vitamin D is sun vitamin! :-D You can bask in the sun from 6AM-8AM for 30 minutes only, or you'll get toasted with free skin cancer too. I have a doctor friend and she said it's for bone absorption of calcium. So when I take calcium tablets, I should be out in the sun more often so it can be more effective. With Vitamin C, there are lots of sources: fruits, veggies, and medication. Vitamin C helps in boosting protection against sickness. Just remember, too much is always bad, even in vitamins. Have a healthy day! ;)
