Problem: How to gain weight?

School days have befom very stressful and i loose weight when i am on school and now i am having hard time to gain weight again. i am 5'8 and 62 kilos and my friends always tell me that i loose weight. What will i do? Thanks for those who will help. Have a good day!

You want to gain weight,but I want to loose weight. Form my opinion, you should eat more meat that contains much fat, eat more rice, don't move, after eating, go to sleep.

That's a nice suggestion but then you will go to your grave early with that kind of lifestyle. :-) There are healthier ways of gaining weight, lazing around all day is not one of them. No offense meant lifan2013--it's a misconception to say that we gain weight bu eating fats. It only adds cholesterol to our bloodstream and shortens our life in return. You do have a point with regards to sleeping. Sleep is a good way of improving the way our bodies use energy.

is sleeping after eating not bad? That can cause heart attack. By the way, i will try some of what you have said. I have some tips for loosing weight, drink more water, do not skip meal. Just eat little but do not skip meal. And exercise. Happy loosing weight! Have a good day!

Your body mass index is within normal limits which is good. Gaining weight is never easy to some. I don't know how your metabolism is so it is better to increase your protein and carbohydrate intake. If your metabolism is slow, eat more protein to increase muscle mass because you're tall. Also, you need moderate exercise, again to increase muscle mass not to lose weight. You can search the internet for exercises that will increase your muscle mass.

it is so ironic. when you want to gain weight there are people who like to loss weight as well and i am one of them. it is just normal when you are stress, you will probably lost weight. why you are so worried about gaining weight. just eat nutritious foods to stay healthy. and avoid too much stresses. be happy as well to have a healthy living.

Eat, eat, and more eat. Go to buffet... Eat pastas, sweats. many weighs for you to gain weight.

Try candy bars and sodas. I bet if you eat those. You will gain some weight.

You don't need to gain weight. You are fine with 62 kilos. That's fine with that height.
You will automatically gain wait with age. So,don't worry and live a healthy life for now, before experiencing the ill effects of more weight.

If you want to gain weight, than eat a lot.
Take Vitamins and Mineral Supplements.
In India Endura Mass/Endura Mega Lean mass/ Endura Mega Mass, etc. are widely used to gain weight without getting fat. And these are completely safe, no side effect.
Try those if available in your area. Or check out similar vitamin/mineral supplements.

my advice to you, don't be stress drink plenty of water, eat three times a day and two snacks and eat more rich in protein.

I have a problem similar to yours dude. I eat a lot but still do not seem to put on significant weight. I think it is some body types which make us bulkier even if we eat small portion or food and vice-versa. I am not too unhappy about my weight, but my arms are really slim which doesn't seem okay to me.

dude, that was exactly my problem too. Like what really your problem is. Recently someone tell me that maybe there are worms inn my stomach? But i disagree with her. :) my arms are slim too and i want to gain weight too. You can stay tuned to this discussion, maybe someone can help up with this. Have a great day!!

you should increase your quantity of your meals. to more rice and add some sweet to your meal. take banana with some milk and grind it and take it on your breakfast.i hope it will help you to gain your weight.take your food properly it ll help you.
