I had a research on the Internet that taking too much coffee can do many things in your body.
- Caffeine is a usually a very safe stimulant that can provide benefits such as alertness and improved mood. However, too much caffeine consumption can cause a range of side effects.
- Caffeine overdose symptoms vary from person to person and range from moderate to extreme (death), depending on the individual and the level of caffeine consumption. Caffeine overdose symptoms include:
Accelerated heartbeat
Anxiety and other nervous system issues
Confusion
Death *
Diarrhea
Difficulty sleeping, insomnia, restlessness, or issues with passing in and out of consciousness
Dizziness
Fever
Flushed face
Gastrointestinal problems
Hallucinations and other nervous system symptoms
Headaches
Increased urination
Increased thirst
Irregular heartbeat
Irritability
Jitterness
Muscle twitching/spasms or convulsions
Nausea
Respiratory problems
Vomiting
* Our neighbor actually drinks about 9-10 cups a DAY. I don't know how she do it but she is addicted. What can you say about this? I'm worried to our neighbor that can actually kill herself with coffee.

I used to drink 10 cups a day. It was normal. Now I drink 2 or 3 most days. Don't worry, your neighbor won't kill herself on 10 cups if she is used to it. A non drinker would react poorly to large amounts, but a heavy drinker will not. Just as a heavy user of other chemical won't have an adverse reaction when other people will.
