That afternoon yesterday, I was going to get a pack of coffee at the store when i saw a woman selling a hotcake. It was tempting so i bought a piece. When i got back,I immediately made an instant coffee to drink. I supposed to eat thee hotcake when i suddenly thought of my jams and cherries. So, I tried to top the hotcake with my available stuffs for experiment and fun. I sliced the hotcake in a rectangles, the put a strawberry jam at the surface. Then i topped it with cherry to make it look delicious.
