Last weekend, I fill in for the manager at my part - time job, and while there is about 2 minutes to closed time, 2 drunk customers barged in. One was yelling, "Hiya, Hiya". Then another one came in to the counter while I was closing the sale balance for the day, he demands food, and he just look too drunk to tell me what he wants to eat. While the other "Crazy guy" tell me that he wants more beer. I told both of them, we are closing now, and the kitchen refuse to serve customers already. Then they said "what? no food?" I couldn't deal with them, so I call my other co - workers came out to help me out. After 10 minutes ordeal, they finally agree to leave, and what a night for me. I was too afraid they got angry, and try to hit me, or mess around. Fortunately, they agreed to leave at last. Don't you hate to deal with those drunk customers?

This sounds like a stressful situation. I haven't dealt with something like this to relate. Luckily they didn't give you too much of a hassle!

that's a close one it's really hard to deal with people who are really drunk since they are unconscious of what they're doing we are the one needs to adjust to avoid unfortunate events that might happen, you just done it right instead of showing your angry to them to avoid trouble, and keep safe from drunk people

You just have to forgive them my friend, Maybe they have a problem. Because of this they drunk a lot. They don't know what they are doing. I am sure when they are okay, they will surely realize its a bad idea to went to a restaurant, mocking on the employee. Hopefully when they came back again they are already on their senses.

I think all people hate with drunk people, because they often cannot control themselves, they tend to force everyone to meet their want. it is very harmful. Fortunately, I never experience the case. I hope be patient...friend.

I do try to avoid entertaining such customers. But if they really push too far, I would call either my husband or brother in law to deal with that customer.
I used to work in a pharmacy of my brother in law. And being their most of the day, I have seen different kinds of people. There was even one incident that a drunkard had stopped in front of the pharmacy and was threatening to throw the bottle at me. I was so afraid that I had to call my brother in law right away. Little did I know that the same drunkard went in front of my in law's office too and threw bottles on the gate.
I don't think I would have slept good that night if we did not go to the barangay to have him arrested.
