yesterday,i watched a short documentary film about Eva Peron, the wife of the ex president of Argentina,Juan Domingo Peron on TV set.i am impressed with her legendary experences and rough life.she was born underclass, her dad didn't admit her.she became the first lady of Argentina depending on her own efforts.and then she promoted many policies for the underclasses,as a result leading to much resentment from her enemies.she died of uterine cancer when she was 33 years old.what a pity. Juan ordered to antisepticise his wife's body in the memory of her. from then on, her antiseptic body underwent a series of catastrophe including hurt, insult, robbery and leaving her homecountry.her body became a tool of many political brewers.now her body was buried, but maybe just a substitute.since now,i know the song "don't cry for me Argentina " is for Eva.
i have been very uneasy till now. what do you think of Mrs. Peron.could you share some ideas about her with me ?

Hi,
I remember the song back in the mid 1980's but I don't associate the song with her until a few years later when I studied world history back in the university. My first associations with it was the war in Falkland Islands and the Philippine EDSA Revolution in 1986 but I was mistaken when it turned out it was from the musical show titled "Evita" which all about the life of the aforementioned Eva Peron.
As far the official records show, his birth and early childhood remains an obscure subject having conflicting records on her birth and baptismal certificate when sometime in her adult years, she forged her birth records for marriage purposes setting a discrepancy of two years between the two events and changing her name to Maria Eva Duarte, born May 7, 1922 as recorded in the civil registry from Eva Maria Ibarguren, born May 7, 1919 as listed in the Registry of Baptism. She is born to a poor family, escaped to the city of Buenos Aires and had a series of relationships with several men in order to get into the limelight as a model and an actress, eventually meeting then Colonel and subsequently Argentinian President Juan Peron and managed to become his second wife and first Lady of Argentina.
It is strange to note that the Argentinian Lady share some similarities to the Philippine's Former First Lady Imelda Marcos, in fact, I remember the song from Evita was banned in the Philippines and was only released for public broadcast right after a popular People Power EDSA revolution in 1986 sent them packing to Hawaii ending about two decades of dictatorial rule.
