In my daily work, I need to send a lot of email to our suppliers to ask the price. when i get the answer, the price may be higher, or I cannot decide we buy it or not immidiately. By the way, maybe I ask many times about different products, but I still not take an order. And I really want to keep the relationship between us. What can I do? How can I reply to them? What should the americans usually do? Teach me please.

I am not a American, but if you don't mind. I will give you my opinion.Sometimes I got the same problems. Like I hang around some shops and try a lot of clothes but not buy them. I do feel awkward, and most of time, I will be hurry to buy something without thinking just for compensating. So I know the feeling. The differences are these suppliers are important, who may help you in the future. You do need to deal them carefully.Maybe you can tell them the reasons why you donot choose their products in terms of price, quality or other factors. Be frankly and do reply them even though you will not buy their products.I think they will understand your situation.
