Understanding...

There was this man who lived in a big town, and had a very serious issue. The whole community wanted to help this person, but the community manager made sure that the man's issue was not very well known.
The community had a quick glimpse of the struggle, but then it was not heard about again. The manager had silenced his pleas for help.
If you lived in this community, what would you do?

I would take care of myself and not ask for help. Also I would step out of this community and for sure not helping out anyone else if they would never help me (which happens everywhere... you do not need to live in a certain community for that plus it's common that the bigger the town/city/community is the less people care about eachtother which can be a good thing as well).
If I was someone living in that community I would make up my own mind about other people and issues. I don't need a community manager (what ever that may be) to tell me what to think or what to do.

Sometimes it happens that one person can stand as a block for an entire community. Such people do not want to help anybody. Yes, understanding is very important.
It is possible that this community manager had in his life faced some serious issue and nobody helped. Perhaps that pain, that hurt is still in him. Many people on this planet do not forget their pain . They keep it in their memory until they live.

hi CodyMac If I lived in that community and. learned that man needed serious help I would offer to help him in any way I could and to hell with the manager and the other people of the community.I would also tell the community that they needed to get a new manager as the one they had was a crook.

Thank you for your reply Hatley. I agree with you when you say to get a new manager, or maybe just go beyond that manager and help that person regardless.
I personally think that there must be an agenda behind the manager silencing the man. I would try and find out, and if the problem was not resolved, then I would leave the community.
Thanks for your response.

I would help period. I have never bothered about people who don't care to understand or who have not walked in anothers shoes Cody.
