diet?

losing weight is such a hard task especially if your favorite hobby is...EATING!yes, absolutely. sometimes, or maybe oftentimes you say, "i will lessen my food intake. A diet for my self." but when you see the delicious chocolates inside the fridge, you immediately say "Diet can wait, chocolates can't." and yeah, diet just pops in the air. temptations are really a big thing if you wanna lose weight.

Self discipline is the key for a successful diet or if you really want to lose weight.. I am actually on a diet right now and I can say that there are some cheats days but I make it up by exercising so I can reach my ideal weight.. I am avoiding junk foods and carbonated drinks and lessen my rice and I think it works for me and I do also a routine exercise every morning..

junk food is a BIG NO when you're on or off a diet. it tricks your mind and it makes you hungrier even more. hahaha

i really want to lose some weight for my previous beautiful small size clothes.taking some diet pills? no,i know that is harmful for my health.taking some exercises?no, that is little effect and takes me long time.so i have to choose to be on a diet.one egg for breakfast,one apple for lunch,one cucumber for supper.that is my recipe.if you want to ask me how about the effect , i can't tell you anything as i haven't begin this plan yet.that needs great courage.

thank you for this response and let me give you some advice. diet alone won't make you slimmer. believe me. diet must go with exercise. if you won't do exercise, you may end up eating unhealthy foods just to become thin faster. you won't become slimmer but thinner. it may give you health risks.

You are correct there,Cylle that all living things has the characteristics to eat and grow and multiply.Eating is our way to live longer or to live in just a minute and expires due to consuming poison.A lifestyle full of luxuries can make you thinner or you could become obese due to eating more than your body could afford to take that is why you balloon your weights.Self control in all aspects what you have been planning to do is also done when eating your meals.I wish you could be thinner and healthy the next time we could have the chance to encounter in this website.

haha...Thank you for your concern @berting600 (you got a capturing name here). please do pray for my successful diet.haha..i'd rather spend my money on travelling than too much food and be obese.

I also think it is good to avoid snacks and also chocolates and to eat a healthy diet. I think most probably you should try to limit the chocolates you take if you are not able to control the urges of eating chocolates.

waaaahhh..i'm a chocoholic...it's so damn hard to avoid chocolates..i can avoid other foods..but not it..sometimes i eat chocolate early in the morning then i won't have the appetite to eat lunh and even dinner.. :D

I highly agree with you there. =) I myself want to get rid of these belly I have for years, not that its too big, but I just wanted to have a flat stomach. And eat like every hour? or so, and I can't help it. I've tried salads and stuff including exercise but it'll last for only days. haha! So hard to get lose weight! I'd rather spend my money and time eating than buying stuffs that they say could help you lose weight which in fact isn't true.

ahaha..yeah. if you're an "eater", you can't really stand not taking food for too long. although when i was away from home before, and i don't have enough budget for my needs, i just ate one meal a day. sometimes i only eat bread just to have some money to spend for the next day.
