I mostly likes to eat sweet curd always rather than taking butter milk... Somebody says there is no use of taking butter milk for adults... Is there any use for children by giving them butter milk daily rather than milk or curd?... What we get more by eating a sweet curd?.... Milk is more useful for adults or youngsters?.... Does curd causes to cold or not in rainy seasons?... Ultimately i want to know that which one is better for child nourish?...

Butter milk is good for everyone, if it's real buttermilk. The reason is that there are probiotics in it and it helps digestion among other things. I don't know what sweet curd is, but if it's made with milk, it should be good for children. I can't see how it would cause colds, although milk is thought to promote mucous if one has a cold. I think a good variety of milk and milk products are the best for a child's(or anyone's) health.

Better yet consult a doctor before giving any of these things to a child for the advise, because sometimes different person have a sensitivity and even develop allergy in some ingredients. If its an adult I would say I go for butter milk, but a child has a very sensitive immune system unlike adults. Happy weekend.

Butter milk is much better compared sweet curd. Buttermilk is lower in fat than regular milk, because the fat has been removed to make butter. It is also high in potassium, vitamin B12, calcium, and riboflavin as well as a good source of phosphorus. Those with digestive problems are often advised to drink buttermilk rather than milk, as it is more quickly digested. Buttermilk has more lactic acid than skim milk.

I think most probably butter milk for adults than curd. Buttermilk contains lots of good things like small onion, ginger, white onion, curry leaves, etc. I think most probably it is good to take buttermilk instead of other drinks.
